After having dinner in the Born, how about a drink in a nice and special place? Believe us, Espai Barroc will leave you astonished. This bar occupies a 15th century palace, and preserves the decoration of this era...marble, fluffy rugs on the stairs, portraits on the walls, old wooden church furniture, candles on the tables, and even opera music give this place a funny and pleasant rococo note. An old guard will open you the door, and by the way will judge if you are dressed decently enough to enter the place (no dress code is imposed, just avoid the beach wear and flip flops... you're about to enter a palace, after all!). Drinks are a little expensive (10 euros approx, if you choose a Mojito), but it is worth the money if you want to escape the warm and noisy streets for a while, and live a medieval experience.
